In a one month period in June, I interviewed Caroline Calloway, Alison Roman, and Rose McGowan back to back to back. Then the show blew up and became the must-watch program of the summer.
I had wonderful English teachers in school and college, Ms. Benson and Ms. Webster respectively. Ms. Benson introduced me to satirical writing and Ms. Webster nurtured my passion for writing and connected me with professional writing opportunities.

I couldn’t exactly watch the show take off because I was busy making sure the show served its audience and its guests in a way that was both meaningful and entertaining. Still, this rise is the fruition of a decade-long journey and it’s humbling to watch my hard work pay off. But this is just the beginning. The real work starts now.
